Tsuji Culinary Institute, founded by Shizuo Tsuji in Osaka in 1960, is guided by the motto "Docendo discimus" ("by teaching, we learn"). The school emphasizes a culture of continuous learning, where faculty not only share their knowledge but also constantly improve their skills. Tsuji believed that the culinary and patisserie fields require lifelong learning. It takes 5 minutes on foot from Abeno station to the school. Convenience stores are located nearby, so you can always grab your favorite onigiri lunch or snacks, before/after your class.
