Global Tokiwaso Artist Poodz Wins Grand Prize — Manga to Be Published in Dengeki Daioh!

We’re excited to share some incredible news from the Global Tokiwaso Project, an international initiative supporting aspiring manga artists who want to break into the Japanese manga industry!

Our talented participant Poodz (Pen Name: Pood Poopsie) has won the Grand Prize (大賞) at COMITIA153’s Dengeki Daioh Editorial Department Review, a major recognition among professional editors and manga publishers in Japan.

Her award-winning manga, “Rosalie & Burkhardt” (ロザリー&バルクハルト), will be published in the December issue of Dengeki Daioh — releasing October 27, 2025.

This achievement showcases Poodz’s creativity, storytelling, and dedication, marking a significant milestone in her journey toward becoming a professional manga creator in Japan.
