We are the branch of DEOW devoted to helping those who dream of studying and living in Japan. Since our founding in 2015, we’ve grown from our first office in Taiwan to locations in Vietnam, Brazil, and our headquarters in Tokyo, supporting students from nearly every country worldwide.

Our counselors have all lived or studied in Japan for extended periods, offering a deep understanding of the student journey. We’re committed to providing reliable, supportive, and honest guidance on Japan’s education, lifestyle, culture, and society.

When you first arrive in Japan, there are several essential steps to complete—most are mandatory and handled primarily in Japanese. These include registering your address, enrolling in Japan’s National Health Insurance, obtaining your “My Number” social security ID, setting up a Japanese phone plan, and opening a Japanese bank account.

At DEOW Japan, we specialize in supporting international students in Japan, providing expert guidance through every step of these processes. Our goal is to make your transition to studying and living in Japan smooth, stress-free, and fully supported.

We aim to provide you with genuine and unbiased counselling support so that you are able to confidently decide your path and achieve your dreams in Japan and around the world.
