The ICT Global Summer Camp offers Junior High School students (about 12-15 years old) the opportunity to learn about Engineering Design, Design Thinking, and IT exploration in English in the beautiful & popular setting of Ishikawa, Japan.
The program aims to stimulate critical thinking, and to expose students to various perspectives on an issue or topic and build their confidence in solving problem and applying their knowledge.
In addition to their studies of science, engineering and technology, students will have the opportunity to experience Japanese culture and engage in interactive learning activities on campus as well as with excursions planned for key cultural destinations in the area. Through the program, students make new friends of different backgrounds who share their interests.
Dates of the 2019 program: Monday June 24th to Sunday June 30th.
Cultural Exploration: Field trip to Kaga Traditional Handcrafts Village, Yunokuni Forest, Natadera Temple
Program Fee: JPY 120,000 +tax
Includes: tuition, accommodations, all meals, all materials, field visits (including tickets to events)
